Refund and Revision Policy

This page defines most of our refund and Revision policies.  Anything outside the scope detailed below will be assessed on an individual basis and determined by InDreams Design Studio, LLC.

 

Overview

Our refund and revision policy lasts 30 days from the date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or revision in most cases.

To be eligible for a return, your requested artwork must be unrevised and unused in any building or renovation plans.

 

Several conditions make projects exempt from being refunded.

 

  • High Resolution Photos Delivered
  • Alterations have been requested and delivered.
  • Client failed to provide appropriate information for project planning.

There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

  • New Project ordered and paid which includes original requests.
  • Unable to meet the needs of a requested revision to original artwork.

 

 

Refunds

Once your complaint has been processed, we will send you an email that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
